Annex uses evidence during delivery rather than treating quality as a final inspection step. Annex worked with the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) to provide independent testing of the newly built Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) website. The ART website testing was a short, tidy piece of work which highlights the testing expertise we have at Annex. Depending on the engagement, evidence can come from research, prototype validation, functional or accessibility testing, analytics and stakeholder feedback. The success measures should follow the real user and service goals; Annex does not publish one universal metric for every accessibility & wcag project.
